great article, but it doesn't work. Where is the article about when this one doesn't work? Won't connect, can't connect, security issue, no response from the server, and on and on and one - where is the article about that?

Hi Steve,

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting ActiveSync to connect on your device. These steps work for many and give the basic instruction on how to set up this Exchange account. If you're having connection issues there may be a number of variables in play; I'd recommend opening a support ticket so a support agent can troubleshoot this for you. You can do this at the tickets section of the Portal.

I went through the steps above several times under a wifi connection and my data connection and still nothing. My phone keeps stating it can't find the server or the server is unavailable. Could anything be done on the server end to allow this type of connection. I would open a ticket, but at the price of $50 to $80 that is steep to get help with an email service.

"cannot connect to server"? is this an issue with my phone or my office. I followed directions to a T. yet it still will not allow me to connect
