SmarterTrack's responsive web-based interface allows end users and agents to use all of the functionality available to them regardless of whether they're using a desktop, laptop or mobile device. No special log ins or website URLs are necessary.
To access live chat via the SmarterTrack interface on your phone or tablet:
- Go to your help desk URL. Generally, this will take the form of https://support.your-domain.com. (Though your URL may vary.)
- Log into the SmarterTrack interface using your Agent credentials.
- Click the Live Chat icon.
- Under My Live Chats, select Active from the tree menu.
- You will have access to your active chats and can send\receive messages accordingly. It's also possible to view any Completed chats for follow-ups or to gain access to past chat information.
