Access Live Chat on a Mobile Device

SmarterTrack's responsive web-based interface allows end users and agents to use all of the functionality available to them regardless of whether they're using a desktop, laptop or mobile device. No special log ins or website URLs are necessary.

To access live chat via the SmarterTrack interface on your phone or tablet:

  1. Go to your help desk URL. Generally, this will take the form of (Though your URL may vary.)
  2. Log into the SmarterTrack interface using your Agent credentials.
  3. Click the Live Chat icon.
  4. Under My Live Chats, select Active from the tree menu.
  5. You will have access to your active chats and can send\receive messages accordingly. It's also possible to view any Completed chats for follow-ups or to gain access to past chat information.
