Unfortunately, we are unable to create a "here" or "unsubscribe" link with mailing lists. The #UnsubscribeLink# variable displays the full URL.

In the scenario below, we should only see "unsubscribe"

Yet SmarterMail produces https://ourdomain.com/interface/list-opt#/out/blahblahuRF2ZvAFwGjBeAAyC5aY6QS1RWFTgEp0nWBEuYiNtW2mE28pIfWqK5H3FHSsyAzpCZo4cm3-vnM1

It should produce 

"unsubscribe" text with hyperlink.

We are unable to get this to work. 

According to SmarterTools documentation:

Unsubscribe Link (#UnsubscribeLink#) - An unsubscribe variable is included to allow users to unsubscribe from the mailing list with a URL. Note: This URL can also be given friendly hyperlink text (rather than linking the URL) by modifying the Friendly Unsubscribe setting when configuring or modifying a mailing list. For more information, see Mailing List | Options.

Where is "Friendly Unsubscribe setting?" How can we get a friendly link text vs 10-mile long URL?
