User on 9245 has issues. Email timestamps wrong

This is a clients inbox.

Today is the 30th of april.... 1st of may hasnt even happened yet. Mailserver and client time is correct.

All of his email has 00:00 tagged as time since 22nd of april so it could be related to build 9238.

This is not good.

I don't see this behavior in any of my production or test clients. What sync protocol is this using, and is it only affecting this user?

MAPI and afaik only affecting one user.

I tested MAPI as well and I'm not seeing it under any of the accounts I usually test under, nor any newly added ones, so I suspect this user might have something going on in their account unfortunately. We should be able to help narrow it down in support :-)

Tony has been doing some testing on the account and the issue has gone away afaik.

Well that's good, and bad as you're well aware I'm sure :-P Glad to hear it is working though. Just for the sake of clarity; could you update the title of your post to properly reflect this as an account issue rather than a build/version issue?
