Prevent External Link Clicks on Junk Email

Proposed
When users click on a message in junk with a hyperlink (webmail), popup notify them that it won't work and the message must be moved to inbox first.

Outlook mobile is doing this now. Just noticed and I think it is a slick security enhancement.
