Is UCE-Protect Legit or Scammy?

UCE-Protect seems to be more agressive lately. They have blacklisted IP addresses from both mac.com and me.com in the past week for us.

Doing some research, it looks like they have some shady (pay-me-to-delist policies) and transparency issues.

I consider them scammy and yes, they are highly aggressive.

We have kept them on for now, but dropped their weight significantly. Thank you for the feedback.
