I've noticed that when my domains reach their configured throttle limit the messages in the "Waiting to Deliver" queue with a status of "Throttled" has a "Next Attempt" time that is in the past. (I think it is the time it was throttled.)  

I don't understand how this is useful. What I'd really like to see what time the next attempt will happen.

I've contacted ST support about this already and they said this is expected behavior.  

They suggested I post in the Community here to see if anyone else would like to see this change.  If so, please speak up.
