Autoresponder - Limit responses to once daily (not functioning)

Running SmarterMail Enterprise Build 7523 (Aug 6, 2020)

Setting "Limit responses to once daily" does not seem to do anything.

No matter the setting, SmarterMail will always limit responses to once daily.

@Ron, if you contact support, they should be able to provide a custom build with a fix.
