6913 Webmail IDS Records not Displayed

In SmarterMail 6913, in Administrator Interface, I cannot see items under All Blocks -or- Webmail Blocks.

Hey Ron, can you try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps at all.  If you're using a browser like Chrome you can even try running in incognito mode if you don't want to clear out your cache.  Also, do you see anything in any of the other tabs that have any blocks?

We're seeing something similar and working on a fix. We thought we had this cleared up, but looks like there's still an area not displaying properly.

Hi,
For anyone who has this issue, in the next release of SmarterMail (Version 6915) please add the Debug Log ID 123890 to Troublshooting > Debug Log IDs. After replicating the issue by visiting the spool dashboard and then the IDS Blocks sections, please send the logging to sales@smartertools.com. You can then remove the Debug Log ID from Troublshooting > Debug Log IDs.

We are also seeing a similar issue, the counts load, but there is no grid of what IPs are blocked etc.

I recommend upgrading with the build on the website now it fixes this problem as well as many others. If you look and it’s the same build ignore it they made changes even though they didn’t update the build number or the release notes I’m guessing due to getting it out timely after hours. I can confirm this update was available on website approx 7pm Friday evening. It fixed several of our issues including this one. There are still other problems still being worked on like the search results delayed operations I listed in another thread.

Yeah, we are running that build. After going nuts on the "Refresh" button, the IDS grid did finally populate, but is randomly still giving empty results.

We are on SmarterMail Build 6915 and still experiencing no records show under All Blocks or Webmail.  However, All Blocks shows 53 and Webmail shows 22.  Cleared cache.  Still a no go.

Same issue. I cannot see the "All Blocks" and the "Webmail" blocks, the other "tabs" load without issues most of the time.

He all, we do have a set of logs that echoDreamz provided so we'll be digging through those tomorrow and hopefully have a resolution for you.  If anybody else wants to provide those logs as well just follow the steps provided by Alex in a previous post:

This issue was resolved in Build 6919 (Dec 11, 2018):
Fixed: IDS page does not populate the webmail grid with data.
