Hey Ron,
I think that would actually be pretty cool. What would make it even cooler is if you could use Open AI's whisper model or an online speech-to-text service to transcribe the text for you and put it in the ticket. Then it could have the MP3 as an attachment as well in case of inaccuracy.
I will get feature requests submitted for the ticket recording feature and just mention the transcribing thing as an interesting tidbit for what we could do with it once we get the MVP done if this gets approval.
