Feature Request – Implementation of "Recall/Unsend" Functionality in SmarterMail

Dear SmarterMail Team,

We would like to submit a feature request that we believe would be highly valuable to SmarterMail users: the implementation of a native recall or unsend option for sent emails.

We understand that this functionality was previously considered and ultimately declined. However, we would like to highlight its importance, especially when compared to platforms like Microsoft Outlook with Microsoft 365, where this feature adds an extra layer of control and security to email communications.

In corporate environments, sending errors are inevitable, whether due to incorrect recipients, unintended content, or sensitive information being shared by mistake. The ability to retract or recall a sent message, even after it has been read, can significantly reduce risks and help preserve trust and integrity in professional communication.

We are aware that many users have expressed interest in this capability, and we would like to add our voice in support of revisiting this feature.
