Cannot create a DKIM Record

There is no "enable" button associated with :Email Signing:

Hi Joseph - it looks like your DKIM signing feature may be in an in between state. I see the Disable button but I don't see an active DKIM key listed. Are you seeing this on the latest public release build? It might be best to get a ticket submitted for this one so we can help take a look.
