Unable to Transfer Ticket on SmarterTrack w/ Mobile Device

In the new user interface, looks like the submit button is hidden from view when trying to transfer a ticket using a phone.

Hey there Ron! Are you using the web interface via a browser, or are you utilizing the new mobile app?

Kyle, it's when using the Chrome web browser via a phone. The button for transfer is cut off the page. Thank you.
