Ticket Transfer Closing Requirements Message

I looked through the KB articles and did not see mention of this message returned below.

Is this a setting that needs to be changes so the message does not return?

I believe this is likely the Require resolution to close tickets found in Settings>Departments>Department Name>Tickets. Can you check that for me please?

Hi Kyle,

One of my user's tried transferring a ticket this morning after I made changes to the Department yesterday and they are receiving the same error.

Is there another setting I need to check?

Shannon - I'm not seeing any settings or configurations that should prevent this, and so I believe this might be something different. Can I have you submit a ticket on this?
