Adding a ticket status?

Can we add a ticket status? Default there is Active, Waiting and Closed. I would like to add more to this list can this be done?

There is currently no way to add a ticket status, but I will add this to the future feature request list to be discussed for future versions.

I would also consider allowing modifying the status names as well. Open vs Active, Hold vs waiting, etc, to taylor to field / context

yes the ability to add Status of config in some way would improve the users experience.Either an added Hold option ot 'Waiting for User' Vs. 'Waiting for Agent' instead of just waiting for user.

As noted in the related thread, SmarterTrack needs more Status options or the ability to add your own Such as Hold or a waiting for Agent vs active waiting for agent, we recently decided that this feature will not be included on our roadmap at this time.
