Smartertrack android app alert when new chat in queue

Would It be possible to create an alert via the android app when a new chat joins queue it appears unless you have the app open in front of you, you are blissfully unaware of a chat request.

Hello Viv, the SmarterTrack Mobile has had push notifications since the closed beta. Can you send me what version of the mobile app and SmarterTrack you are using? (Both can be viewed from the About section of the mobile app)

Additionally can you confirm under your system settings you have all notifications allowed for SmarterTrack mobile, just in case an OS update changed it?
