Increase Chat Usage using "John Doe is Online" Bubbles

Ron here at it again. Our customers aren't using chat. Not that this feature isn't really cool, I just think there needs to be more to pull them in.

My sincere proposal is to put a popup under the SmarterMail chat icon indicating when users come online. As always, thanks for listening.

Maybe we can get 2 for 1 enhancements to chat while the developers are in there making changes...
