Upgrade drop a table from database

Hi,

after upgrade Smartertrack to version 7026, I saw that a column "st_TicketLinks" has been canceled, doesn't exist anymore.

Can you help me?

I need this table (in read mode obviously) for linked tickets.

The st_TicketLinks table was removed from SmarterTrack in version 14. Prior to version 14, the st_TicketLinks table was used to store relationships between tickets, while other relationships, such as between a ticket and a chat, were stored in another table. To eliminate redundancy, items in st_TicketLinks were copied to the other table as part of the initial 14 release, and the st_TicketLinks table was dropped as part of the 14.1 release.

Hi,

ok, so, when I link a ticket to another with 'related item', in which table the relationship has been stored?

I'm sure not in "TicketLinksCustom" table, because I tried and no one record has been stored inside it.

TicketLinksCustom is not part of the database design for SmarterTrack, so SmarterTrack would never add anything to it. All related items are stored in st_RelatedItems.
