Where do I get the Department ID

Answered
I'm attempting to use the API for Creating Tickets and one piece of information I need is the int Department ID. Where can I find this crucial info.
 
Also tried a simpler API and it needs the int Article ID. Can't obviously locate that either?

The IDs - whether for a Department or a KB Article - are located in the database. If you have database access, the tables are named in a way that you should be able to find the information you need. If you are a hosted customer, please contact us, either by chat or through a ticket, to obtain the IDs you need.
