Active Ticket Screen Not Loading

Hi,
I have an issue, recently installed Smarter Track Version 13.1.6718.30659 with SQL Server as DB
 
I couldn't able to view the Active Tickets in Tickets Menu > Active 
 
It is keep on loading without any response. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but issue remains same.

Unfortunately, we cannot help troubleshoot this issue without knowing the URLs involved. Our best suggestion is to open a ticket where we can do more personalized support.
