Error 403 on Login

I have installed SmarterTrack 13 on a windows 2012 R2 server and have the site partially working. On the "main" page none of the font icons are loading and are returning an error 403 Forbidden. I have added the mine type for the .woff2 extension in IIS and you can browse directly to the files via a browser and it works, the application is just getting an error when it tries to call the files. This same issue is also happening when you submit the login form it returns a 403 on the login.ashx file.

Any one having any ideas on what is configured incorrectly? I have checked the security settings on the smartertrack folder and it all looks to be correct.

Hi,

In the IIS have you set correctly the bindings for https?

Did you set for all applications (Qlikvie, QvAjax...) the app pool "Qlikview IIS" and Enabled the Windows Authentication?

Hello, the https/ssl is offloaded to an F5 appliance that sits on top of our network so we don't have to set any https bindings in IIS.

As for Qlikvie and QvAjax I am not following you. When I installed smartertrack it created a new application pool named "SmarterTrack" which is assigned to the smarter track site in IIS. Am I missing something here?

Hi, I confused our applications, forgot Qlikview, "Smartertrack" app pool is correct with Identity "NetworkService" , the Forms Authentication is Enabled ?

If you have another layer that manage https I don't know how help you.
