Is it possible to undelete and recover a deleted thread in the community?

If you hit yes on delete confirmation, then it will permanently deleted from the database. You need to look at your regular backup file to recover it, if any.

As Bill has stated, when you delete a community thread, it is deleted from the database. There is no way for SmarterTrack to recover a deleted thread.
