It would be nice to have the ability to insert custom html that would be post navigation buttons (home, kb, news, tickets, community) but before the header of that feature and be custom for each feature.

Assuming I am looking at KB, here is my custom text regarding the KB and some helpful reminders.

For Community

Assuming I am looking at community, here is my custom text regarding the community, such as "please use replies instead of comments so that replies can be marked as answers or that it can be voted on".
