Idea - Administrative option to turn Groups "off" completely

Please consider offering the administrative option to turn Groups "off" completely -- so that Departments would be the only level.  In smaller companies this would simplify things greatly.

After internal discussion, we have decided not to implement this feature. Attempting to implement this request would require a complete rewrite of SmarterTrack. We suggest only configuring a single group for each department.
