SmarterMail 16 - Minimize Functions when Composing New Message on Mobile Devices

In my humble opinion, a better overall user experience would be to collapse (minimize) the rich text editing functions when creating a new message on a mobile device.
 
On mobile, I'm just guessing that users will style message content .0001% of the time.
