I am getting an undesired behavior where when we copy->paste text from a word doc that the pictures are coming up as blank boxes. If I manually go through and copy each picture, one at a time, to the clipboard, and then replace the empty box with the picture on the clipboard, the picture looks fine.

 

I feel like I am doing this this hard way. Is there a simpler method of importing heavily formatted text and pictures into a new KB article?
