Why can't I view my ticket.

A user reports that when they try to open a couple of their tickets, they get the message "The ticket could not be found or you do not have permission to view it".  As an admin I am able to open and view the ticket.   What would cause this?  Has anyone else experienced this

Hello,
I believe there was an issue with this last version of SmarterTrack 11x. Update to the latest version and see if the issue continues.

We are experiencing the same thing with some of our users. What version of SmarterTrack fixes this issue? Thank you!

Hello David, Version 11.4.5864 Should fix it. If the issue continues, you may want to submit a ticket to support so we can look into it further, as we are not seeing the issue locally.
