Message after chat translation not working

I have translations for all the messages that appear before, during and after a live chat.  The string used for AFTER the chat is finished is not working. It appears in the window as the string itself, not the translation... @@MsgAfterChat@@
 
Tested it many times with different strings, the problem persists.
