From time-to-time it, albeit unfortunately, becomes necessary to lock out support to an account which has not made payments in a timely manner.
I would like to see the ability to flag a SmarterTrack account with a "non-payment" flag which would either not allow the creation of a ticket or, alternatively, allow the creation of a ticket and, when the ticket confirmation is sent to the creator, would create a note that the ticket has been received, but is in HELD STATUS because the originator needs to contact accounting or support.
