This is on 13.x... From the mail preview pane or mail view window, when you click on a persons name in the from or cc fields and then click "Add/Edit Contact", the email address is pulled in, however the display name shown in the mail view is not pulled in and is blank.

 

Perhaps this could be pulled in as well to save copy/paste from the workflow?
