Billable Charges on Tickets - Reporting

We see that there is an option to flag if a Time Log is billable, but can we run a report that list all items that are billable along with the amount of billable time which includes the ticket number?
 
Also, on the ticket time cost calculations, where is the monetary number or amount to be charged stored so that we can update it?
