Where to find info on how to retrieve ISP mail via POP3 to our SmarterMail Inbox

Hello,

Just installed SmarterMail and I'm looking for how to download our ISP Mail to our SmarterMail Inbox.

Is this possible?  If so, where can I find instructions on how to set this up?

Thank you.

yes .. but you have to enable pop3 retrieval befor you are allowed in the account to retrieve the mail from an other server.

You may need to enable POP retrieval on domain level, that you do as system admin.
And as domain admin with advanced settings
And as user you see the option mailbox migration

Just received a new phone and tried to set up my pop3 account and it isn't working.  I thought was mail.domainname.com for incoming and outgoing messages.  Has it changed?

You should post your own thread. Also this is a question you need to pose to your host provider.

Hi Charles,

For a fresh install, it sounds as though you could use the steps on how to Import Mailbox Data to SmarterMail from Third-party Mail Servers. This will pull your emails, contacts, calendar, and notes and tasks (if supported). However, Message Retrieval may also be what you're looking for.

Let me know if one of these works for you!
