files under \SmarterMail\spool folder

Hello There,
    I've found a lot of files named start with blklstxxx.txt, and xxxxx.eml under the SmarterMail\spool folder.
And it seems the system will create one blklst file each day. 
  Where're the files from? And is it safe to delete all of them directly?
