Download EML in Spool results in [object Arraybuffer] toast
Problem reported by Ron Raley - 6/2/2024 at 11:29 AM
Resolved
This occurs when an admin attempts to download an email that is already gone from the spool.  SmarterMail Build 8902.

Not a big deal at all.

Thanks for this issue report Ron! I think messages that have already left the spool should be getting cleaned up preventing you from trying to download the message erroneously in most cases. Do you see this happening on a popped out EML? Those popped out windows won't clean up, so I could see that causing the issue for sure. I'll work on getting that replicated and escalated for you. Thanks Ron!

EDIT: Scratch that, Ron. I was able to replicate and will get it sent up:

Hello there Ron! I just wanted to let you know that we were able to get a more user friendly error added here, so if you try to download a message that has already left the spool in the future it'll return an error indicating as such :-) This fix is just in the beta builds currently but we anticipate a public release in the near future. Thanks Ron!
