Thanks for this issue report Ron! I think messages that have already left the spool should be getting cleaned up preventing you from trying to download the message erroneously in most cases. Do you see this happening on a popped out EML? Those popped out windows won't clean up, so I could see that causing the issue for sure. I'll work on getting that replicated and escalated for you.
