How to add Emoji to a Smarter Track Thread or Tickets

Hi all,
I have an installation of SmarterTrack build 8754 using MS SQL server and my users are asking me why they cannot use emojis when posting messages in the community threads or when using the ticket system.

You've gotta make sure your SQL database and database connection are UTF-8. That's what I would check first.

Hi Ron,
Thanks for the suggestion.
The SQL database was created by the SmarterTrack installation, so I believe the UTF-8 may already be configured by the installation script.
I am more looking for a change in the tool use to reply to thread in Smarter Track that will already include emojis like the screenshot below from a popular forum software.  The idea is for the users to be able to insert emojis by just clicking the emoji as shown below.
