Display User Groups while using MAPI in Outlook 365

I am able to successfully set up MAPI in Outlook 365. My last issue a user belongs to a User Group. When connecting with MAPI the group is not appearing in the list of inboxes.

I can see it using MAPI and from the website.

Does anyone have a thought on how to do this? I am hoping I am missing something simple.

For now, I have the user using IMAP with an employee who left so he is monitoring this mailbox.
