Proposed
We would like an option to "Subscribe to Calendar" on Webmail via CalDaV protocol.

Currently, there is no authentication pop up for "Subscribe to Calendar" . Can we have a username/password boxes along with the existing calendar URL. This will allow us to subscribe to a remote calendar that requires authentication.
