New SmarterTrack User Interface

We installed the new SmarterTrack last night. The new public portal icons are nice.

However, in the management interface, our team enjoyed icons and all the drop down options at the top of the screen. All of these features have now been crammed to the left.

Now (Chrome on a desktop) we simply see Tickets and New. Then a mile long of empty space along the top. The usability on a desktop has been degraded.
