Ticket notifications from other queues

Hi,

after the last upgrade to Build 8075 (Feb 9, 2022), we saw that many users with active ticket notifications receive ticket notifications from other queues where they don't have access.

@Emanuele: Do the affected agents have administrator or manager status? Managers will see tickets for the entirety of the groups and you can find more information about the role differences here:
