Keep the old address in Reply All

Hi,

we have a big issue with Smartertrack in a specific situation.

Our users merge some tickets, some of them are created by "noreply" addresses and some of them are normal addresses, after that they want to "reply all" but the system keep also the noreply addresses EVEN IF they has been changed previously into another correct address.

How is it possible?
