iCloud (Imported) Calendar Stays Blank

Client has an iCloud calendar they're trying to import with webcal://  protocol.  Calendar adds successfully to the webmail interface (no errors) but remains blank.  We screen-shared and verified it's being done correctly.

Next, I set my own iCloud calendar for sharing, added it to my own webmail interface, and the same thing happened-- calendar added with no errors, but the events (there are many) never populated into SM.

Ideas?

I tested this today using my iCloud calendar but was not able to reproduce these issues in-house. Can I have you submit a ticket on this one so we can take a look?

The boss opened a ticket today.  He said Tony was able to replicate the problem, and escalated it to the development team to sort out.  Hopefully they can fix this sooner than later, because a surprising number of users from a very large new client-- one we do NOT want to disappoint-- apparently used this feature at their prior host and are complaining about not being able to use it now.  Fingers crossed.

Thanks Jay Dubb, I will keep an eye on this ticket so I can assist in any way possible as well. I wasn't able to replicate the issue against my iCloud account, granted it is a simple account with no real data in it. If anything this tells me that the protocol is working most likely, but we're encountering something calendar-specific that is giving us trouble. Half the battle is replicating the issue though, so we should be well on our way to resolution. Have a good one!
