Moving to a new instance of SmarterTrack from a really old version

My company is running a really old version of SmarterTrack (4 years old) and rather than patching up to the most current version, we are thinking about completing a fresh install.

Is there any way to move over (copy) the data contained in the older instance to be used on the new one?

Moving over Clients, Employees and current tickets

I see that the KB articles can be moved over by Copy & Paste but wanted to check on the others.

Thank you for any input you may be able to supply.

Hello Debra! It is possible to link your new and old SmarterTrack systems to allow for ticket transfer, but they'll typically need to be on the same version for this to work as expected. Alternatively, if you have a developer available you could likely also leverage our API to script the copy operations between the old and new environments.
