Add description column in calendar agenda/all appointments views

Proposed
A customer requested another column in these two calendar views that showed the description field for each calendar event. She wanted to be able to print the whole week's appointments with the notes made in that description field, but there is currently no way to do that without opening up each event individually and printing out all of its details.
