When a user is over quota, no kickback message

We are running the latest version of SmarterMail.

When a user account is over quota, the message is rejected as expected.  However, no kickback message is being sent out.

Do you know how we can troubleshoot this?  Thank you.

There are a few scenarios where the kickback DSN message should be generated. In some cases, generating the DSN message is the responsibility of the receiving server, and other times it is the responsibility of the sending server. In order to properly troubleshoot your case, it may help if you open up a support ticket so that we can gather additional information.
