Live Chat status showing offline

Right now more than 10 operators are online with available status but live chat status/icon still shows offline. I have look all document and our setting is perfectly fine. This option is uncheck too "Disallow new chats outside of business hours "
No changes in the system and it was working fine for weeks not sure what's wrong with ST live chat.

Well I found the problem, using my account (admin) >> Dashboard >> Group Dashboard >>>> Here no user was showing active in Live Chat group. so I have to add them on same screen.
This is confusing though no changes were made at our end and in department these agents was added in Live Chat group.
