Who can answer me, why was my question deleted? Even if the fact is displayed, as long as there is content harmful to you, will it be deleted? Please recover my question, thank you

Perhaps they simply didnt want it in the community? How was the question worded? Were you rude or abusive? Was it just trashing the product? I cant tell you why it was removed, but I am sure there was a good reason.

I just asked a question. The support department's reply criticized me for explaining the facts, so I was only explaining the actual situation. We are the users who paid for the purchase, and even ignored my question and did not apologize. too exaggerated! ! !

Just because you are a user who paid for software though, doesnt give you the go-ahead to mistreat support team members etc. Perhaps that is why your post was deleted?

I said I was just asking questions.
The person who initially responded to this message was rude. Do you know what happened?
Why is it not clear that I think this is my problem? Do you think it is polite to ask questions like this? I don’t have to reply to your question all the time because you don’t know the situation at all. If you need, I can show all the case records to prove it. Isn’t it necessary? I just need someone to solve the problem. Is it difficult?

Administrators can delete this article immediately, but please do not delete this topic: some email content is garbled This is the question I want to ask, there is no need to delete it, right.

@Long Chung: i have read your posts and in my opinion you are too harsh and offensive the way you wrote them...

In that post a customer ask for support because af an issue.
Your comment (not deleted, it's there to read) is first of all "I suggest not to buy this software first".

To me, this should be enough to ban you from this forum!

So I think you must be more polite before criticize the others...

This is my opinion (I'm not an administrator, I'm a customer like you...)

If you have an issue, your best option is to open a support ticket and provide them samples and steps to reproduce the issues. I said what I initially said because I've seen your other forum posts, you do have a bit of an attitude in the way you are speaking here. Being rude and demanding things isnt the way to go my friend :).

I think you seem to have a chip on your shoulder... I can certainly see why you may not be getting assistance, especially how you are simply dealing with another user on the forums :).

Do you see clearly? It’s not your purchase order article that was deleted, but the “some email content is garbled” that I just recreated. In addition, if the article is very harsh, it means that I did not get help from the regular customer complaint channels, so it needs to be reflected. Do you criticize my remarks without asking what happened?

感謝您的建議,我只是先打開了支持通知,兩個多月沒有發現任何問題。我一直在重複無意義的測試,以使我們的客戶非常抱怨,所以我將其放在此處,希望您首先了解整體治療方法

Doesnt really matter what happened, there is no reason to get on the forums and be rude :) I also read the post where Tim said you were being rude and aggressive with support staff in your ticket :). With my Company, if customers get rude or aggressive, we simply close the ticket and ignore them. When they can act professional then we will be happy to help them.

But getting on their forums and flaming them and acting rude and telling people not to buy the product, as @Gabriele Maoret - SERSIS said, I would have immediately blocked you. You cant get onto the forum and start being rude and expect the staff to bow at your feet and be ready to help you, doesnt work that way.

Getting hostile and rude isnt going to help you at all, just get your threads deleted and nothing else.

Doesnt matter "the process of things". Getting on the forum and being rude and aggressive with other forum users and staff isnt going to get you anywhere other than deleted and maybe banned :)

Doesnt really matter what happened ??Doesnt really matter what happened ??Doesnt really matter what happened ??
If your mentality is like this, then you don’t need to say more, and you can’t accept other people’s suggestions

It doesnt matter because you are on the forum being rude and aggressive with everyone. If you are being like this with us, how were you being in the ticket? Maybe if your attitude changed, you get somewhere. Fighting with everyone and being rude isnt going to get you any help my friend.
