SmarterMail 17 shared folder named garbled characters issue

Hello ST team,

      When I try to create a shard folder to others,  I found a folder from the list with garbled characters. 
If I pick up this one, it will go to junk email folder. But the junk email folder is already on the list 
      I am testing SmarterMail 17 custom build 7465. running Windows Server 2012 R2 Traditional

I suggest not to buy this software first, because traditional Chinese letters usually appear garbled. Even if I seek support, the support department will not ask the technician to check the problem. Just repeatedly ask you to update the version. 

If the technical support is better, the software is actually good
