Edge, Chrome and Firefox support the ability to register protocol handlers so that a Web page can be used to handle specific protocols. I would like to see this implemented in SmarterMail for the mailto scheme as many of our clients only use the Web mail and with this they could just click on a mailto link in the browser and have the new mail window opened.

(When implemented it should carry the action trough the login if needed)
