smartestats is not working

the site www.liveversilia.it dropped from 3.000 to 0 visitors on 06/03 and is still at zero.
it is obvioulsly impossible

Hello Cristina, I recommend you get a support ticket submitted on this one as there could be a variety of reasons why this is happening unfortunately.
