Maintenance and Support will expire, even after renewing

When logging into SmarterTrack, an orange box appears that says "Maintenance and Support will expire in xx days".  I renewed my SmarterTrack license a week ago.  When I login to my SmarterTools account at smartertools.com, it says that my SmarterTrack license is set to expire over a year from now.  But I continue to see the orange box every day, every time I login.  How do I get the renewal to be recognized by SmarterTrack?  I am running latest build of SmarterTrack (Build 7265).

I havent used SmarterTrack, but SmarterMail has a way to refresh/reactivatey our license from within the web interface, perhaps SmarterTrack does as well?

Clicking on the "Reactivate" button in the SmarterTrack Licensing page did the trick!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.  

(Although it would be nice if customers did not need to do this extra step when renewing every year.)

We've never had to, but we do it out of caution just to make sure.
